• The refund policy applies only to the initial subscription fee and does not cover any subsequent renewal periods.
• Refunds are only applicable for subscriptions that have not been accessed or used during the refund eligibility period.
• In the event that the subscription does not work properly, and after attempting to resolve issues, if we are unable to find a solution and the subscription still does not work well, in this case, we will refund your money completely within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase.

2. Non-Eligibility for Refund:

• Refunds will not be provided for any subscription that has been accessed or used, even if within the 7-day refund eligibility period, unless the subscription is not working properly as outlined in Section 1.
• Refunds will not be issued for any technical issues related to the user’s internet connection, device compatibility, or third-party applications.

3. Refund Process:

• To request a refund, please contact our customer support team via email at contact@panoramictv.com within the 7-day refund eligibility period.
• Provide your full name, email address, and the subscription details for which you are requesting a refund, along with a description of the issues you encountered with the subscription.
• Our customer support team will review your refund request and work with you to resolve any issues. If a solution cannot be found and the subscription still does not work properly, we will process the full refund within 5 business days.

4. Refund Method:

• Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original subscription purchase.
• Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing time.

5. Subscription Cancellation:

• Requesting a refund within the 7-day eligibility period will also result in the cancellation of your TV subscription.
• To continue using our TV services after receiving a refund, you will need to resubscribe.
